>>115470491It is probably white chocolate, died green, with mint extract. If you want to make a cookie with a similar flavour profile without needing green mint chips yourself:
sorry for measuring by volumePreheat oven to 375F
>1/2 cup each granulated and lightly packed dark brown sugar completely beaten into 1 cup of butter>2 large eggs>2tsp mint extract>1 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)Once the above ingredients are mixed, in another bowl sift together:
>2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour>1tsp baking soda>2tsp salt (sea or table, not coarse)Move dry ingredients into the first bowl and combine completely.
Scoop dough into half tablespoon balls and place 1 3/4 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper (NOT WAX) or silicone baking mats.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown at the edges and on the bottom, then cool on racks until firm.
The colours will be different from the show, but the flavour should be close. The recipe I used is a double batch of the Laura Secord chocolate chip cookies with the vanilla extract replaced with mint. They taste really good and they keep well in airtight containers.
