This was different though. The anime originally gave Vegeta a different color scheme as when the ep aired he hadn't appeared in color in the manga yet. The namekian part was just an error much later

DiC was the master of color errors. Where for a few seconds Sonic's arms would be blue, or his whole head would be beige. This happened at least 2-3 times an episode every single episode. There were ALWAYS color errors in every single show DiC made.

You think it would be easier to hide in simpsons since all background objects have black outlines. It's more noticeable in Looney Tunes or Disney Afternoon stuff since the backgrounds are always lineless paintings.

I mean seriously, how do you fuck this up? Did they leave a cel in for multiple frames on accident or did they draw Mike on the same cel as the ape leg? In either case, it's baffling how this shit wasn't discovered before animating.
