He doesn't have the rank of a captain or the authority to command an army.
He only looks vaguely like a prussian captain, and that would be okay if he had the power of baltic gods, but that's not the case.
Him being called "Captain" doesn't have any sense whatsoever and is just an outdated memory from a time when "captain" was used as a generic hero name.
So why can't we call him Shazam that is already a name that fits him better?
