Aside from the skill gap reasons there's not going to be a lot of online talent you can find because these guys just don't fit in with the ecosystem YouTube has cultivated over the last decade or so.
It's not spammy enough. Quality is too good. It's also not lowest common denominator appeal.
People who do work like this don't get famous for it. We're lucky Colgrave did that music video or you'd never have heard of him.
