Super long canines that extend like a foot would be inefficient and more likely to cause a blood fountain, and unless the lips of the vampire can extend beyond a human’s and produce an efficient suction then they’re more biologically suited to be like the vampire bat which causes a nice little puddle of blood to lap at with it tongue before leaving it to clot which keeps their victim alive for future meals (until disease takes hold anyway, but that’s because vampire bats are rodents).
For a vampire to entirely drain their victim then sharp flat teeth like humans already have with a superhuman bite strength would be better. Again, it would be messy every time though.
Sucker tongues, lamprey mouths, and the Nosferatu “buck fang” look are the only ones that are suited to behave like they are supposed to.
Extra side note, unearthed documents from her trial suggests Elizabeth Bathory was framed by her family and her king to provide justification for claiming her power and wealth. She was supposed to be forgotten by history, but the false accusations provide some justice in that she’s remembered but very few know of their names. She’s remembered as an evil villain, like Imhotep, but still remembered. Blue Bird Of Happiness style beliefs, Egyptian faith, and Coco kind of give us the sense that it doesn’t matter context so much as just not being forgotten.
