>>115333572>You liked that? It got old after half a season.Yes. Imagine if they stuck with animated's take on Bee, he'd be no different than smokescreen.
>That's true, he was, too bad they did nothing with him. They did enough to the point where he wasn't in your face like Sari was. Keep in mind Optimus wouldn't have been able to get back on his feet in season 3 if it weren't for him. And regarding Prowl It's not Prowl himself, but rather the concept of "processor over matter" it was okay when it was just this mild telekinesis introduced in season 2, but 3 it became similar to the force, allowing prowl to assemble the allspark for the rushed ending.
>macguffins I prefer the macguffins in prime. The allspark post season 1 became this boring deception generator(with like one exception) before finally getting assembled by prowl in the end.The macguffins in prime on the other hand, were a different assortment of weapons that provided advantages for both sides.
>The plot of Megatron being incapacitated was done better in Animated because unlike Prime he remained a major antagonist while incapacitated, I'll give you this one
>in addition to smaller time problems like human villains and Blitzwing/Lugnut. Side villains were better in prime though. Animated gave us a robin hood and reverse flash knock off. Prime gave us nemisis prime and freaking unicron. Also the deceptions sucked in animated, I can't believe you actually liked blitzwing and lugnut.
>Optimus was a much more well rounded character compared to his Prime equivalent. The thing about Animated optimus is that he's not optimus. Optimus is supposed to be a fearless leader, that you can depend on. Prime's take on optimus was more faithful to G1. Lastly I agree I liked how even with the key, the autobots were underdogs winning off the skin of their teeth, but then season 3 ruined that with sari's "I KNOW THINGS GUYz and prowl wank"
