>>115260750Well, makes sense for most of them when you think about it: wildmutt, stinkfly, ripjaws, etc. are from species that probably can't afford to raise babies in their hostile worlds so they mature quickly. Ghostfreak, upgrade, etc. work on a completely different logic from what we understand. Galvans live a long time and we've seen kid galvans so maybe they just spend like a year or so as kids and by age 10 they already take on the size they'll have for most of their 150+ year life.
Fourarms probably works on a similar way to the wildmutt crew, maturing fast to endure adversity. Heatblast throws me off because we have seen kid heatblast and a teen heatblast that looked younger than ben's heatblast form at 10 (and I'm not even sure how canon the heatblast kid even is anymore after the OV retcon).
Omnitrix DNA samples probably just follow each species' version of the "peak human" meme and that's why they look big and strong at 10 years old. Like those 17 year old delinquents in anime that look like 30 year old dudes.
