there are two arcs with Harley and PG. First is in Harley book New52 (2014) issue 9-13 and second is separate run Harley and Power Girl (2017). The second one is kinda part of the first arc because in the first our girls are sent to another galaxy by two villains, they have advenures there whule trying to come back home and when yhey do they are instantly sent by those two villains again to yet another galaxy but they are back one panel later with different clothes saying that was tough 2 weeks (on Earth it was like 20 seconds). And the second arc is about those 2 weeks (20 seconds of Earth's time).
First is pretty much random shit like most of the Palmiotti/Conner Harley books, the second one is little less random, more Lobo style book and that means it's better.

If you ask about solo PG run, read 2009 PG of, again, Palmiotti/Conner but thus time there's ni Harley so no random shit nor cheesy jokes and since Conner ilustrated herself some of the issues, it looks really good, because she is a good artist (OP's pic is her - it's cover of the issue 1 of this run). You should definietly check it.

The DC animated Universe is getting rebooted so who knows. Not a fan of the Archer style designs but if they improve the animation I'll be ok with it. They haven't been shying away from making the movies sexy, that's for sure.

Built but not cut. Like really big, really sturdy but unless she's flexing you shouldn't be able to see every muscle rippling out of her. Timm is like a lot of artists in that regard. He did some great stuff and I still like several things he does but you need someone to real him in. Well, she is part of superfamily so she can "legally" just borrow Superman's rogues and no one would complain. But sure, she should have her own rogue gallery. And they should be god-like because, let's never forget that, PG is a fucking Kryptonian under the yellow sun. She can have her own Luthor nemesis, for example Lena Luthor. She should regulary support Superman and Supergirl against some cosmic threats that surpass even Superman. Establish her friends (regular people like Olsen or Louis Lane - NOT THEM BUT LIKE THEM) and make them regulars. Same with superhero allies (outside JSA). For example make Harley her ally and informer in criminal world (since they are already friends), make her dislike WW or Batman or any other main player because of reasons (dynamics, tension, character depth etc.).

the JSA doesn't have to be the focus of the story but the other heroes showing up from time to time would be cool
like how Batman the Brave and the Bold did it, it was a Batman show but JLA characters also showed up sometimes
I just really don't like the lengths to which DC sometimes goes to keep their properties separate, like Robin in Teen Titans not even acknowledging Batman exists for example

Honestly yeah. Supergirl and Powergirl are so great together I definitely want more stories where they have to play off each other. Honestly I love how despite being the same person I feel like SG and PG are pretty different. SG is usually like a teenager/20 something finding her place in the world, while PG feels more like a young adult trying to find stability rather than find herself.
