Why is it X-Fags have this abusive relationship with Scarlet Witch?
Like they constantly hate and shit on her for HoM, but at the same time bitched when she and Quicksilver stopped being Magneto's kids, and now they want her to be the reason why mutants get into the MCU.
How can they hate a character so much but refuse to let her go and distanced from the X-men?

Because she was a mutant for a while, was instrumental in fucking things up for mutants for a bit, yet remained distanced enough from mutant-related shenanigans that she never embraced the mutant identity and just did her own thing with the rest of the Marvel universe, getting along relatively well with everybody else. Now that she's no longer a mutant, no longer related to Magneto, they feel like that they lost some part of their lore and want her back, no matter how disconnected she is from X-Men-related material and how better off she is for it.

It's the same childish mentality seen where you take a toy away from a kid that no longer plays with it, or even hates it to the point of damaging it out of spite, to another kid that likes it and wants to play with it. Yes, they don't like what they have, but its their thing to neglect, their thing to destroy, even if it is better off in the hands of somebody else.

It has never been used effectively to serve any real purpose. Name one good story where their relationship was interesting? All it seems like you can do is talk about the grand meta narrative and not exactly how it has been presented.

For me Magneto works far better as losing Magda after he avenged his child and leaving it at that. The whole "but she was actually pregnant when she fled" just feels a bit of a moot point. Really they don't add anything to Magneto's backstory.

Alot of people see Wanda as a plot device, a tool to create stories for their actual faves. She exists solely as a background prop for Magneto in the minds of much of the fandom.

It's become very clear that she is viewed as a plot device from the astonishing number of people who think she should just randomly create mutants.

Never mind that her mystical lore is far richer and alot more fun than the daytime soap opera of Mags.

For Feige, the huge potential of her friendship with Strange is likely alot more enticing and visually alot more fun.

Just because writers can’t see the potential that the fans do doesn’t make it bad. The Maximoff twins become living reminders of what Max considers his greatest personal failure. They challenge his notion of himself and his politics. They’re also living descendants of Jewish and Roma Holocaust survivors. It creates a legacy and dynasty. Especially if you maintain Natalya is just Magda, and thus tie in the Scarlet Witch solo origin.

It’s a cool concept, to me and and many others. Enough that people want it back.

That's my point, nobody else sees it that way except the more hardcore X-Fags that figure that anyone that's a mutant should be their property and nobody else should be able to do anything with them unless it's on their terms. That feeling has been strengthened since she got popular in the MCU completely independent of mutant association and is apparently no longer a mutant in the comics, so it was a double whammy.

I really liked how ‘Professor Xavier and the X-Men’ depicted the twins’ time under Magneto, and how they came to see him. Also Magneto’s differing parenting styles with Wanda (tender and doting) and Pietro (stern and disciplined) in Avengers Origins.

It's because they never killed her off to make up for all the crap she did to the X-Men. Marvel just refused to do that and didn't want to have her fully accept blame and kept shifting it around. Had they just killed her off and then just brought her back the backlash with her would have been so much less instead of having it dragged out for so long.

Political pressure had nothing to do with it. The most likely explanation is the white Queens mindrape on Medusa ended.
And did you forget again it was only one Inhuman who actually released it?

.Know the story was quite clear they had no immediate way of getting you mist.
Secret Warriors I actually made them ridiculous way and I actually all the overlook when reading it that enabled the Inhumans to make more again.But in the meantime most of the following royal family went off into outer space to find a way they believe they could make more. Now that I think about it a lot of what happened to the Inhumans in Hydra USA I could be considered the father of the X-Men because of that.

X-fags don't really hate her, exactly, they hate how the whole M-Day storyline and its aftermath was handled. Basically, when it was finally all addressed, Marvel no longer had the X-Men film rights and was pushing the fuck out if the Avengers, so they went full character assassination mode on the former with retcons, nonsensical additions, etc. They set up an entire event purely to absolve Wanda of all guilt while also tarring Cyclops for reasons that, well, even people beyond X-fags find pretty inane. Cyclops Was Right was a meme for a reason.

What this means is that X-fags associate her with a breakdown of the brand. She was used as a plot device to kill a bunch of characters they like, and then she was used as plot device to defame a bunch of characters they like, and Marvel was never really willing to ever nut up and admit she was remotely in the wrong ever. Modern Scarlet Witch is a kinda a shit character to be honest.

The people that want her to be a mutant again ere different people. They're just people that grew up during a period where this was a big part of her character, or they're people that simply despise film synergy.

No, what I am saying is that you're talking about a metanarrative and not a narrative actually in the comics themselves. Any concept could be potentially cool, but no real comic has capitalised on this relationship. And SW much like Beast has always been more interesting as an Avenger than having things to do with mutants.

Some retcons are good and some are bad. Claremont building Magneto into a sympathetic villain was interesting to me. The Classic X-Men back up stories with his wife and daughter were interesting. Adding in more children does not improve this story and in fact complicates it.

Why would a woman scared of her husband's power give her children to a cow woman? It is rather silly. The simple narrative of: Magneto was a holocaust survivor, he lost his daughter and got revenge thus scaring his wife is so much better than "oh and his wife was also pregnant and went to Bova who delievered her babies then left" blah blah.

It is an undeveloped idea that hasn't been used well enough. What comics has the relationship been effective in?

Fight demons and extra-dimensional deities. Scarlet Witch actually being the Scarlet Witch and doing Scarlet Witch things, her title actually having thematic meaning.

Her rogues gallery is pretty much mystical: Chthon, Set, Lore, Master Pandemonium. Chthon in particular makes Magneto redundant as he is powerful enough to be a legit threat to Wanda and has the "abusive father" schtick, while being far more relevant to Wanda's character themes and making Wanda's ambivalence toward her powers make actual sense.

In her mystical interpretation, Wanda earns her power and subverts the evil intent of its creator. Witchcraft gives her life new purpose and meaning.

In her mutant interpretation she is just randomly powerful because mutant and isn't a witch in any meaningful sense as she does not earn her powers.

Retconning her parentage had nothing to do with her not appearing in Avengers books. As with Vision, Wasp and Hank Pym, it has more to do with them being absent from most of the Bendis and Hickman runs that modern Avengers is built on, creating a generation of writers, editors and readers who don't expect them to be part of the team and don't care about them. Wanda has the added problem of some writers and editors actually being X-fags who hold a grudge against her instead of against Bendis or Quesada.

Like Wolverine, even when Cyclops was dead, a version of him was still appearing in a book every month. Wanda went from being one of the main characters in Avengers to Bendis destroying her, and she can't move past it because he destroyed her in a way that left a larger fandom feeling wronged.

Magneto is all about mutant politics and real world stuff, that works with Pietro and his more street level powers, whereas Wanda is all about witchcraft, demons, and spooky extra-dimensional shenanigans, far removed from Magneto's world. It's like making Galactus Spiderman's dad.

That is why every Marvel writer has focused almost exclusively on Pietro's relationship with Mags, because there is actual shared interest between them. Pietro is much more involved in the same world as Mags.

First off his entire family did not die. He still has his sister and her baby. Second. Medusa had no way of going out into space and magically get a new mist. Even in the comix where that was the main background event of the comix after the events of IvX and they got no mist.The Inhumans had no way of new Mist at a time to anyone of their knowledge.

In all honesty, the cloud should probably have been destroyed immediately after the first few deaths. I dunno man, Stryker alone has a named mutant bodycount in the forties and an unnamed one in the hundreds. Trask's actions have killed thousands of mutants in effect.
