SU demands a lot of the storyboarders to the point that I'm shocked no one on-staff has complained that they're basically working three jobs:
Script Writer (They're given outlines but they still gotta fill out most of the dialogue and action themselves)
All on the same schedule, and probably the same pay, as a show that separates the three. Anytime something is slightly wrong, they're given all the blame for a work-intense job that they have to meet a one-month deadline on. And that's one month for their first and second pass.
