>>115178984>Never watched the showWhen has Steven had any lasting consequences that weren't fixed by crying, singing, or a hug?
AT practically had 2 seasons worth of episodes without centering on Finn & Jake but Sugar can't spare more than 8ish eps not centered on Steven in the entire series.
The only thing Steven "lost" was his mother who is became nothing more than a scapegoat for all Steven's issues because SHE'S GONE that he rejects in the end anyway.
Steven has a loving dad and everyone is just slobbering over him with saccharine & suffocating care in the end
Finn's adoptive parents are missing/probably dead, his biological dad is a deadbeat who rejected him, and his mom is a token gesture who admits she "loves" him but is so distant from him that it's just a platitude.
The worse thing Steven had to a broken heart in romance is that Connie didn't want to marry him right now.
Every lover Finn has had has either rejected him or are insanely flaky like Huntress Wizard.
Steven's been attacked by Gems sure but in the end, everyone of them but Navy/Aquamarine worshipped him in the end.
Finn has been abused and used as a tool by everyone he knows. Even Bubblegum & Marceline see him more as a lab rat/passing fancy than a person.
Steven's breakdown is chump change compared to what Finn went through. Steven in Finn's shoes would have self corrupted because he doesn't have a good parental figures, no one would have really loved him except Jake who's often worse than Amythest, and knowing that he'll be denied most if not everything he wanted because he doesn't deserve happiness because of Sugar/Muto's subversiveness. The only thing Sugar was truthful about in SU is when she said it was cheap escapist fantasy that falls apart if you rub two brain cells together.
>Lapidot gets a passFires Zuke, steals the ship via Barn/Pumpkin Patch shit, and still YAAS QUEEN's about it being LGBTQ. So your defense is that Sugar is hypocritical fujoshit and a spiteful thief?
