>>115216534A little of both. That whole episode Bertie spent the entire time being uncomfortable around men - like her super barging in on her and the guys in the park catcalling - and then she goes to that women's class ('SUCK MY ASS KEVIN!") where she gains some confidence to stand up for herself: "Get outta my space, or I'll break yo' face!"
Then she goes to the bakery and Pastry Pete pushes himself on her, which is the culmination of all her feelings toward men and the perfect opportunity for her to use her new training in getting a guy who is making her feel uncomfortable to back the fuck off.
Instead, she excuses herself and vigorously masturbates in the bathroom.
It's because she's attracted to the guy. It was literally a hot, sweaty scene. He's a hot guy with a powerful position and a decent amount of fame. And he's giving his attention to HER. So yeah, she liked it, even though it was pretty inappropriate seeing as he's her boss/teacher.
And if he actually liked her back, it wouldn't be seen as creepy at all, just two people who have the hots for each other getting hot and heavy. But because he decides to do the aforementioned nonsensical 180 personality heel turn into a total asshole harassing another girl while Bertie watches just to spite her ... well yeah, he's a creep, he did a shitty thing, and Bertie was wrong to like it. Not because she has a fucking live-in boyfriend or anything, oh no, but because he's a jerk and a boss shouldn't rub up on an apprentice.
Also Bertie was molested as a kid, but you have to wait until 2/3rds of episode 9 to learn that.
So the show fucking failed to explore any of this and her boyfriend and her molestation were never a factor. They just went right into a stock plot of buying a house when you aren't ready to be an actual homeowning married adult yet. Oh well.
