I'd almost say if there's a revival series that includes him, there should also be another bastard of Cotton's that shows up, having tracked him down since his death. You could, probably, strangle a few more stories out of the concept if you brought Juunichirou to Arlen.
Hank introduces him to Khan, Khan has a lot of opinions on the Japanese, Juunichirou doesn't really care, which infuriates Khan further. Maybe ends with Khan and he bonding over their feelings of isolation in the countries they live in, making a few jokes about white people and taking faux-offense at each other. "White people, am I right?" "I'm half white." "Oh... yeah." "Kidding."
Juunichirou bonds with Bobby since he has no children of his own and he's well into middle-age so it's difficult to say if he'll ever have any. Doesn't get Bobby's humor, tries to show him Japanese style stand up, language barriers not really working, Bobby sort of weirded out by how sweaty he is about it, eventually bonding over physical comedy.
Juunichirou, Bill and Boomhauer go out to a bar to pick up women. Juunichirou tries both of their styles, has to figure out what works for him, and ultimately decides he hates the American dating scene. Which brings in a third "older bachelor" mentality. Bill is desperate for affection/nurturing, Boomhauer wants cheap and easy fun, Juunichirou is fine being alone until he meets someone he can settle down with.
You'd want something with the three Hill brothers. Hank, GH and Juunichirou should get some bonding time together. Juunichirou competes with Hank for GH's affection, Hank starts projecting Cotton onto GH and gets competitive as well. They both start one-upping each other until Didi (if she's still in the show, otherwise Bobby) snaps them out of it. He's their brother, not their son, and they have to figure out what that means for them.
