Given the givens, I think Sailor Moon probably works better at DC, since any Teen hero groups in Marvel tend to regularly get phased out or killed off outright, though that's more for meta reasons than in-universe ones, the pattern is still there.
The WW thing I mentioned aside, DC is far more forgiving towards its teen super heroes so the Senshi could be regular allies if not honorary members of the Titans, and I cannot help but imagine there would be some sort of cute crossover with the current Shazam family (Billy, Mary and ESPECIALLY Darla are *super* into teaming up with them, Freddy thinks it's all froo froo girly crap, etc.)
