Gore can't be snuff because, as far as I am aware, snuff as a term involves in real live violence, and murder involves a real act that is obviously not committed when drawing.
Again, if the claim was "this is child rape!" it would be an understandable comparison, but is not, is explicit drawn content depicting sex and created as a way to arouse people, aka porn, that depicts a kid, aka, child porn.
