Wording of the character descriptions seem iffy and Bab's makes me wonder if they could've tweaked some things and used Steph. Other than that, it sounds alright and I'd need to see how it would be actually executed.
On that note, I'd kinda surprised WB/DC isn't milking the Robin fanbase. Something like this would probably be right up their ally.
