I rewatched Korra last week bc quarantine, I cannot fucking BELIEVE how awful it was. Let's make an AVATAR successor where Team Avatar is apart most of the time and when they aren't, they're entrenched in retarded melodrama and really don't even like each other! Let's make the new Avatar as different as possible to Aang, but let's go too far and make her an unlikable, incompetent cunt too! Sokka was funny, here's Bolin and Prince Wu! You liked the old lore? Fuck that, now bending came from lion turtles and the Avatar isn't an ancient spirit reborn through the ages it's just a white spirit who fuses with humans. Also a Dark Avatar??????????????????

The only possible reason anyone could defend this shitshow is because they're turned on by the characters, and yes while I admit I'd like to stuff one up a gagged Bolin that doesn't magically fix the show.
