They can delude themselves into thinking that anyone's body is attractive and it doesn't matter (since they have very little inherent sexual attraction to bodies alone, compared to men), but considering what they are actually attracted to, and their obsession with cosmetics/fashion/beauty, they just can't convince themselves that an ugly face is pretty. It's a fact that lots of fat makes even cute/young/pretty/feminine faces look androgynous, old, and gross.
