Norman never fucked Gwen. Those kids were clones/test tube babies that Norman made for the sole purpose of fucking with Peter, as well as having a spare heir just in case. And he implanted fake memories into MJ so that she'd corroborate the fake story.

Unironically just retcon it as a rape. Gwen doesn't get her grave pissed on and Norman is still a creepy psycho. Even the kids can just be handwaved away by making Gwen scared and pro-life. Plus the MJ thing suddenly also becomes actually convincing since keeping your lips sealed about sexual violence is actually realistic whereas "Oh yeah, your ex who I didn't even particularly like confided in me that she cheated on you with our friend's creepy dad and I sat on the knowledge for a decade".
