first picture is bright, it features the sky and the ocean, the model is wet and wearing a swim suit which clearly evokes the picture of health, of freshhnesss, of being young and carefree
now look at the bottom
right out of the way its on a scale of grey with no colour, this was either done because there is no lighting in the world that can make her look good or to look artsy or deep, instead it makes you eery, this is unsetteling to stare at, you are immediately directed to her face because everything below is completely black, there is no joy in that face, it is agressive, its trying to guilt and shame the public for looking (while being displayed on a massive billboard unironically).
She is sitting on a couch, her fat (not her body) is being concealed by the clothes, this is not to send a message because her legs and arms are still uncovered butt likely because her belly is so disgusting they wouldnt put it in a sign next to their brand.
Best part is the message in the top is next to the model while at the bottom is covering her so you dont look at her too much
