Within the weird contrived situation the episode presents I don't think it's really transphobic in-episode, like because the guy's pretty much like "yeah I'm a literal scam artist and even though you're not into men I hope you'll still let me fuck you, even though you were only into me because of the false image I deliberately presented." Like it wasn't like he literally identified as a woman and was cruelly shot down.
BUT I get the transphobic angle, like it can be easily read/generalized to reality as "someone who actually is trans is essentially a literal scam artist and then will surprise you with the opposite genitalia than you expected on your wedding day" or some shit.
