>>114069372Yeah, I agree it's out there for everyone to find (which I don't feel too bad about instantly posting stuff I come across; anyone else could potentially do the same if they searched for it too).
The thing was it'd be like, I'd actually spend time looking for the shit, I'd post it on /co/ in the Star threads anonymously because I thought anons might enjoy it, and then, COINCIDENTALLY, hours later he'd post the same stuff on his tumblr with no indication that someone else alerted him to this even though these threads were obviously where it came from (since the actual page had been up for months or even years before, but it just got reposted that day on /co/). And the thing is, like I said, I posted it anonymously. But when he posts it under his own name and isn't even like "thanks to /co/ for letting me know about this!", the strong implication, which he makes no effort to challenge, is that he put in the time looking for that on his own.
It just gets annoying, and makes me feel like I have little real incentive to actually do that shit anymore when I know someone else will just repost whatever for epic tumblr reblogs.
I know it's stupid since of course it doesn't belong to either of us, but like I said, it's out of the way at times and takes a while to actually search for, so not even saying that someone who wasn't him let him know it even existed at all just feels pretty lame. Like common courtesy or something.
Also: it's just various types of (pre)production stuff; nothing insane but some stuff that's not reposted everywhere yet
