The thing I hate the most about Uncle Grandpa is the wasted potential. When I watched the pilot, I genuinely thought it was an interesting premise: this Mary Poppins type figure who helps children with their mundane problems in the most outlandish way possible. Then the actual series starts, and he is no longer helpful to anyone. He just drives around with his 3 idiot friends, and if he ever does stop to help someone he inevitably makes things worse thinking he made them better. This really could've been a well made show that everyone loved, but somewhere along the way it had all these other things forced onto it that made it terrible. The one good thing to come from it after the pilot was the crossover with Steven Universe, but even that's forgettable nowadays.

Was it the best thing ever? No. But it was a decent show that didn't pretend to be anything more than what it was, plus some of the jokes actually got a laugh out of me

I don't see how anyone can defend Cow and Chicken or rucking Robotomy and shit on Uncle Grandpa
