I can understand as we get further from the 90's but anyone growing up in the early 90's should definitely remember Road Rovers.

It was a Spielberg cartoon just like Animaniacs, Freakazoid, and Histeria. Though admittedly Histeria has kinda disappeared entirely.

And there was a card game based on it, which later got converted into a generic card game system for setting crossovers. Out of all of the shows you just listed, the only one that was shorter than it should have been was Sym-Bionic Titan. Everything else new at that time other than those three was a trash fire, and without Adventure Time and Regular Show, the network would have crashed.
