Asians and blacks appeared in stereotypical roles pretty often even in the 40s, but I can't recall seeing any of God's chosen, whether as heroes or as villains. Presumably the jewish writers/artists didn't want to depict themselves as stereotypes but couldn't get away with an explicitly kike hero.
