>>113634863Unironically fucking true.
Let's talk about some great concepts anon.
Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Expression, the Rule of Law (as oppose to the rule of lawyers), the right to self defense even against the government, individualism, private property, the responsibility of producers/those that passively enter into a contract to those that are relying on them to deliver the goods fairly (Torte law as it's known), the concept of the consent of the governed, the supreme ideal of a government that serves the people and that is bound by its own laws.
Fuck, how about the idea that the state should be concerned more with the freedom of the individual than the dignity of the state.
All these came from my culture, from British culture, not 'White' culture because there's no such thing no matter what the Neo-Nazis tell you, they're just seeing things in low resolution because they come from the American 'melting pot' where races have intermingled.
You want to know how fucking fundamental these ideals are in my culture?
The greatest myth of Britain is of a Just king who rules from a circular table, treating those that serve him as his equals.
And his fall from grace is caused by refusing to apply the laws that he has sworn to uphold to those nearest and dearest to him.
That's our equivalent of the casting out from Eden in the story of King Arthur.
That's how Utopia fucking dies. With the first failure to uphold the ideal.
And because I know you're going to mention it, because we believe in these things we didn't just end the slave trade in our country, when the time came we murdered it the world over.
We might not be perfect but we're closer than we were a hundred years ago and we would be tomorrow if not for shit smiths like you.
That's the culture I'm from and there's nothing you or an entire army of onions swilling, postmodernism 101 taking, Californian, Grima Wormtongue looking motherfuckers can do to stop me being proud of it.
