After some must needed soul searching I've figured it out. While reading through and Owl house thread I realized that I'd be fine if they made Luz and Amity gay, and that's when I realized it. I don't hate characters being lesbians in cartoons I just hate it when show runners turn a love interest gay. I'd probably be just as mad if they'd have cuck the MC with a man as they so often do with a women, they just don't do that because it's not progressive or whatever. So whatever, Luz x Amity is my OTP till we get an actual love interest.
