Butthead is more of a leader type than Beavis while Beavis follows, also Beavis tends to get slapped around a little more than Butthead does.
That being said while the idea of RGU playing out exactly the same but with Beavis and Butthead is fucking hilarious, I see it going more along the lines of the students getting so pissed off at the duo that they get their asses kicked like you said.
