This is straight up communist, and if you introduce the modern aspect of resurrection and healthcare (with the drugs for humans) in it, this is also full blown post-scarcity.
Another thing: In X-Force it was shown that Xavier owns several shell companies to hide his true wealth, which puts him among one of the wealthiest persons on Earth and the reason why the mutants have been purchasing companies (among those in media) in order to subvert anti-mutant narratives. I would hazard to say that they won't ever be able to buy Roxxon, but not for lack of trying at this point.
