I'm figuring out how does Crystal find the medallion and other details of the relationship with her father.
After Ladybug tells Crystal to stop stalkign Marley, she throws a tantrum in her apartment, one of her mother's stacks of newspapers falls down, reveling a door to her father's dream studio.
The studio was supposed to be a gift for Crystal, the walls are decorated with ancient greek art depicting heroes, the medallion, and a flag that reads "Dream Studio. From Big C to Little C".
On top the crafting table, theres a letter written by her father, Bob, detailing her love for comics, how the media is an historical archive of great feats from the very of mankind, his biggest dream was for Crystal to continue his work on the Dream Studio, and to preserve/expand his comic collection.
"Now, in my twilight years, I must face the fact that I'm truly disappointed in the daughter I loved the most. I wouldn't care if you decided to pick a path different from mine, but the true is that you show no initiative, or passion for anything, you don't know and worse, you don't want to know. You will end up just like your mother, disease with the unwillingness to move, to pursuit happiness. My only request for you and your mother, is to get out of that apartment, and give my comic and art collection to my personal friend at the Museum of Sequential Arts. Details in the back."
Crystal ignores the part of the letter where her father admits to be disappointed, and confronts Mother. Mother said Bob wanted Crystal to sell the comics if they ever were in need, but the letter "said" the comics were a gift for her.
The medallion activates, and a big blob resembling Mother, appears. The blob eats Mother. Crystal decides to use this new power to kill Ladybug, and become mayor of Los Palos.
