We are being told the scenes were getting set leaks of are for a funeral shot. So who's dead? What's Bruce doing there not as Batman but still in disguise, and what is Oswald also doing there?
My take?
Considering the police are also seen in the leaks I'm wondering if it's someone like Commissioner Loeb getting offed, thus bumping Gordon up to Commish, and Bruce is there to spot the funeral crowd for leads. Knows Loeb was dirty and worked with Penguin. Oswald is there for PR as he had Loeb in his pocket.
Either that or another villain of note has died and it was someone Oswald would have known, maybe one of the Falcones.
