I saw somebody mention in Doomsday Clock that after Manhattan's timeline fuckery is undone we see Karen released, so guess thats their resolution to that plot. I dropped doomsday clock a while back and have no real interest in checking up on it personally for just a cameo. Maybe if the trade shows up at my local library.
