As for Tony, I don't completely disown the idea that the /could/ fall prey to the Dark Side. It's just that, as soon as he does, he WILL become a Villain. That's out of the question. He will become Sheev if he falls down that line. Someone like say, Doom, Batman, Hal and the others, they could shrug it off and keep using the Dark Side to their benefit. But if Tony does, in fact, fall, then he's going all in. He'll become a Religious nut and start worship war and conflict. If anything, that'd fit with his Pre-IM days as a weapons maker.
...Honestly, you're making me reconsider. I can see Tony finding out that he's Force Sensitive, exploring the Force, falling deeper and deeper inside it, until he's pretty much Superony but Religious. Heck, he's not cmpletely non-spiritual too aside form the recent stuff. In the Armor Wars aftermath there's a whole issue dedicated to his ideas of Purgatory, Hell and Prayer. And due to all the Arthurian stuff, we've seen that he gets a good vibe with magical items. In Gaiman's Eternals the Dreaming Celestial singled him out and said that it liked him, so... Yeah, honestly, I can kinda see it now.
