>>111681021>they're shit talked because there's nothing to do but get high off of opioids and shoot squirrelsOr, you know, hang out with friends, go on walks, enjoy nature, relax at home, do literally everything you're doing right now with the internet, go to bars and resteraunts and other small centers. Have you never been outside your concrete shitzone?
>not mentioning the abysmal lack of educationLmao holy fuck you're delusional. Inner city education is the fucking worst. My school system was legitimately good and that shit was in a small town semi-rural township. Maybe in the dead south, but middle-america and the rural east? Shut the fuck up retard, you dont know anything, yet you talk shit anyway.
>the fact that some of these states are still socially and culturally stuck in the 1950sWhere?
What the fuck are you talking about?
>and the xenophobia. And there this fucking myth is.
When ive been to a city, any city, in my entire life, east coast, west coast, and during my voyage to the west coast through the big cities of the heartland, all i saw was people who were miserable and kept to their own, they dont socialize and they reject anyone around them. Not to mention how bad racial tensions get in the cities. But my hometown?
My rural small town hometown?
I remember growing up with asian friends, black friends, latin/hispanic friends, there were several gay people, girls and boys were treated pretty equally, hell there were even muslim people and nobody had a problem with them, one was a fairly popular guy, really nice too. Everyone knew and liked eachother and there was a healthy diversity in backgrounds, but nobody gave a fuck because we all knew eachother because we werent so densely packed that despite seeing someone every day you'd never know them because of the ant-colony mentality that a city beats into you. Are there xenophobic small towns? Yeah no shit, but shut the fuck up with this nonsense that rural america is somehow inherently [x]-ist.
