If we assume a maximum of 14 years since Spider-Man debuted and keep in mind Silver Age Marvel's chronological progression, then the X-Men have only existed for 13 years total. Using Iceman as a baseline gives us 14 at his debut, 22 in X-Factor #1, and 27 currently. He was in college from 1975-1986 and the New Mutants debuted in 1982; extrapolating from a 4 year collegiate experience for Iceman, the New Mutants debuted 6 years ago in-universe. That would make Karma currently the oldest New Mutant at 25 and Wolfsbane the youngest at 19.
