I like what you came up with for Bella for the most, I kinda thought of her as a "Harry Potter" type, thrust into a magical world that's way over her head
basically a less shit version of Harry, from the Darkstalkers cartoon. Her having a clearer connection to Morgan is a good idea, and something I didn't really think on.
I don't know about Latina having soccer based attacks, but I do like her having a connection it watching the village children play from afar
Also Edward wouldn't refrain himself, the guy is a monster in all but physical. How BB. Hood is supposed to be "more evil" than the monsters she hunts? Edward is basically that but with more weight behind it since he has more experience and influence, being the well respected, if unofficial, leader of the dark hunters and would totally burn a town to ashes, blame it on a dragon, and then use the outrage from the surrounding towns to rally against any other dragon they see.
As for Aniel and Israfil, I don't know about there being a third, but I do like the idea of them merging just being a natural ability angels have as a "super move" or something. And since I didn't get into their personalities and characteristics the first time. Aniel I envisioned as the more "motherly" type with the same kind of body figure, think Lucoa from Dragon Maid, she tends to be more "merciful" towards her enemies saying things like "poor dear, doesn't know they're an abomination. I should put them out of their misery". While Israfil is more child-like and ruthless, while still being unnervingly polite. Also Israfil is named after an actual angel in the bible, who was said would blow the trumpet of Armageddon to signal God's armies, so her attacks would be music based, and would sometimes speak poetically about classical music at random.
Like I said, thanks I should definitively get on this and work.
