>>110968838I already brought it up. Brain inflammation. There's many possible reasons for this. Too much clostridia bacteria is a problem that many people with autism seem to have (and people with many other mental disorders).
Another cause would be neurotoxins, like mercury and aluminum and such. (And yes, amalgams and vaccines can be a contributing factor here)
Parasites and/or genetics may play a role in this as well. You have to look at your own individual case here.
This is a cumulative problem. There may be multiple reasons for this that are working together here, and people with autism pretty universally don't have enough glutathione (an important antioxidant) in their brain to protect against these problems. Most likely because it's been depleted by these things.
So, if you can, get rid of the source of your inflammation, and then restore the things that protect against it, such as glutathione.
Everything I've read indicates that glutathione either doesn't, or at least doesn't easily, pass the blood brain barrier, so you'll probably need to take something that will turn into glutathione, like N-Acetyl Cysteine (AKA, NAC, or N-Acetyl L-Cysteine).
After that's done, you might still need to repair your brain, so if you need to do that, look into neurogenesis and how to increase it. If you'd rather just cheat, Taking any amount of psilocybin works. Microdosing or otherwise. But, it can have permanent effects on your personality, whether good or bad. Otherwise, you'll have to look into it. There's too many things to cover here, and it can all be summed up as healthy living, and maybe a few particulars additionally.
