Crisis Prediction

Personally I think at the end of the event Oliver will make another deal with the Monitor so that instead of Barry the Monitor sacrifices himself but only if Oliver agrees to be turned into the new Monitor afterwards. Then Oliver doesn't die but he is forced to be the caretaker of the multiverse and is not allowed to stay in the Arrowverse. Then they end with him doing the intro speech summarizing his story and what he had to be. Make sense or does it seem like unlikely bullshit? Give me your predictions as well.
