No. Batman never laughing at the "jokes" is part of the reason Joker keeps coming back. At the end of the day the Joker knows on some level that his jokes aren't that funny which is why he resorts to forcing people to laugh via his trademark poison. Batman is the one guy who never cracks, even if he's got enough Joker Venom in him to kill an elephant.
