Powers of X/House of X is a $48 pre-tax investment for floppies if you want to read it. 12 issues, maybe 4 hours of entertainment if you consider it 20 minutes an issue. Compare that to games that are $60 for for a 30 hour offline experience with online content, and it's no wonder that comics are dying in this format.
Not to mention PS+ and such, where you can hand a kid $60 and give them two free games a month that will last them all of their free time.
