>>110492575>There are plenty of action games that do it, what's your point? My point is that this is an incredibly generic presentation for a game. Look at the recent Tomb Raider games, for one (even being made by the same dev). No one would ever say that the story or presentation in those games is unique. They're forgettable as fuck.
>More realistic. Why should that be a good thing?
>It's a design choice as much as games that go for a rubber hose style. The fuck is a rubber hose style?
>You're entitled to an opinion like everybody else.Non argument. The game is boring to look at. Nothing is stylized. All I see is an attempt to emulate real life.
>It's a superhero story, no shit bad things happen that give heroes a reason to exist. Bad fucking things happen all the time in every superhero setting. My point is why even start off with that?
>Oh man, so edgy, better call every piece of media where someone has been mistakenly presumed as dead as dark and edgy.Again, my point being that they're starting off in this direction doesn't bode very well. There's like a thousand more interesting directions they could've gone in.
>A character is distraught over what they consider their failure, so dark and edgy.Again, starting off this way is just odd. Like we're starting off in the middle of the story.
