The series is at its best when it has funny, silly villains like the mime and the pigeon guy, when Hawk Moth is going full ham on his monologues, and with completely stereotiped characters like Chloe being a turbo bitch for the sake of it
The series is brightly colored and cheap looking like a toy, and I like it for it
