Read a Comic. Banner's day to day life is essentially as a homeless person. He's even had to stoop to eating trash out of the garbage.
He's constantly getting beaten up and mutilated, constantly being attacked by people that call him their friend. Has whole government organization's dedicated to hunting him down like a dog, and either killing him, or dragging him off to experiment on him.
His dad keeps coming back to haunt him, even after dying and dying again. He's constantly a war with himself, struggling with manifestations of his trauma over and over again.
Betty died, and that drove Banner to suicide, but of course he couldn't die. He can't die. Ever. She's back now, but she's changed, different. He's essentially damned her, not intentionally but she, Rick, Skaar, Lyra, Jen all of these people that he loves and cares about are bound to Hell through no fault of their own. Just because they're associated with him.
He dies, goes to Hell, and comes back only to go to die and go to Hell again. Even when he doesn't die, being the Hulk hurts, the transformation is exceedingly painful, and even more so nowadays.
And worst of all? It will not end. Ever. His friends, his family, he'll watch all of them die. Ben Grimm will live 365 times the length of a regular person, if he isn't killed, but that will be a blink in Banner's eye by the end.
Banner's fate is to be left lonely, the last living thing in a dead universe, left with nothing but his guilt and the Hulk.
