What would the world be like if Bob's Burgers got cancelled after one season like all of Fox's other non-Macfarlane cartoons?

I was already an adult when the show started, but my fiancee grew up with Bob's and I know it means a lot to her generation. Some of my students say they feel closer to the Bergers than to their own family.
