>>109620670I don't care about that aspect. I've always thought if I had ever developed an Avengers or a JL game, that's pretty much what I'd do too, saving moments when you have the whole team with you for special, climatic moments.
The issue I have with this game is that you can tell since Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal only really have any experience with 'realistic' games where you play as more or less ordinary humans, with some special abilities here and there, the only characters that look like any real fun so far, who look really fleshed out, are Cap and Nat, and Hulk as well to a lesser extent. That doesn't bode well for literally anyone with powers or with special abilities or tech like Thor or Iron Man. Ideally, they should be some of the most fun heroes to use, but so far, they look positively boring to play. I hope if this ends up being the trend, at least Black Panther turns out to be fun, assuming he's in the game.
I'm also not down with the cooldown system, which should never be in an action game.
Boss design doesn't look particularly good judging from that Taskmaster boss as well, which is something that really irks me. I wish Western devs knew how to design good boss fights. An Avengers game should have incredible bosses.
At least it's not Arkham shit.
