The community is also kinda lame thanks to tumblr influence.
I don't know why people insist on how this place isn't offensive enough because I have seen some fuckery on here, and the humor is okay too, it just doesn't have any recognisable running gags, which isn't the world.
It's also a comfy community at times and fun in a creative way when some out of the box thread comes along (like the first few superhero creation threads)
when it comes to pace and originality it isnt even worse than say /a/ which is just circlejerking and really bland discussions
I guess out of all this and a lot more I can just conclude /co/ is just not extremely autistic and throws edgy or offensive stuff constantly so it is seen as the most boring of the media boards
I mean if shitposting and offense are the standard of soul I guess this place lacks it
