Zaheer is so underrated as a villain desu. Robbed from his storyline taking place after a season that really should've been TLOK's endgame, but he really fucking worked in his own right. I'll never forget the feeling that came over me when I realized that the Avatar universe was going to give a villain Airbending powers and show him using them to commit some of the darkest acts seen in the series.
