Even Scott Snyder, who is bringing the JSA back, literally said that Doomsday Clock is not canon.
Basically Bendis wants the Legion NOW, and since DC paid so much money for Bendis they are going to give him the team. And Snyder wants the JSA NOW for his JL run, and he ain’t waiting for Doomsday Clock to finish. And since Snyder is selling more than most people at DC he has more pull.
