>>108582469 said, it really is a perfect little time capsule of everything that was popular at the time: the anime aesthetic, Cartoon Cartoons, the emergence of fanfiction as a more mainstream pastime and the over-the-top sex and violence that came with it (remember how Dexter was going through some stuff in this comic because Dee Dee was shot to death in front of him?), and the rise of webcomics.
Is it good? No, not really. Even the art isn't really anything special (though I have to say, Bleedman does have pretty unique design sense). But as a nostalgic relic, a look back at a certain part of the Internet as it was in the mid-00's? Between PPGD and Grim Tales handling the Hot Topic side of things, you couldn't ask for a clearer picture.
