Mulan will replace Li Shang altogether, replace singing the songs with just instrumentals, Mushu for a non-talking Phoenix, and the Huns for an evil witch. Also it will be more of an action movie. Thoughts?

That isn't the only change the site is reporting, however, as it goes on to say the movie will only use the original music as instrumentals, instead of having the characters sing the songs.
